All choral arrangements except for the "Who Am I" menīs quartet and "Who Is This King" are formatted in standard octavio size (6 3/4" by 10 1/2"). The most effective way to make copies is to print the individual pages on standard letter paper, copy them to 11x17 paper with the last page facing page 1 backed by page 2 facing the next to the last page etc., then cutting the final copies down to 10 1/2" by 13 1/2" and folding them in half. Of course, if you do not wish to go to all this trouble you can just leave the copies on the letter size paper but then the copies will not fit into a standard choral folder.
